Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Coordinating building services with other construction activities
* Developing specification, service drawings and architectural details
* Liaising with design teams and subcontractors
* Ensuring compliance with standards and programme
* Preparing timely O & M manuals
Requirements
The ideal candidate should possess:
* Relevant 3rd level qualifications
* At least three years experience in building services or a related field
* Proficiency in relevant IT systems and AutoCAD
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
