Job Title: Insurance Operations Manager
The Role: This is a key management position in a general insurance brokerage. You will be part of a collaborative team that works together to achieve business objectives. Key responsibilities include supporting daily operations, managing internal referrals, coordinating workloads, handling reports and queries, and assisting with audits and documentation updates.
Your Day-to-Day:
* Supporting daily operations across Personal and Commercial Insurance.
* Managing internal referrals and ensuring effective communication between teams.
* Coordinating workloads and supporting team coverage to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Handling reports, team queries, and day-to-day operational tasks.
* Assisting in onboarding, training, and development of new staff members.
Requirements:
* At least 3-4 years' experience in an Insurance environment with a focus on operational management.
* A proven track record of success in a similar role with experience in motor, personal, or commercial insurance.
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
* A proactive mindset and willingness to lead and mentor team members.
