Senior Leadership Role
This is a senior leadership position responsible for driving business growth and development across the Corporate Life & Pensions sector.
* Lead and manage a team of Distribution Managers to deliver commercial objectives.
* Foster key relationships with distribution partners and industry bodies.
* Understand client and distributor needs and challenges to drive value.
* Influence internal stakeholders to ensure delivery of service excellence.
* Contribute to and execute strategic plans for business growth and innovation.
Requirements:
- Proven leadership experience in corporate pensions or financial services.
- Strong strategic thinking and change management capabilities.
- In-depth knowledge of pensions, legislation, governance, and investment products.
- Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., IIPM, LIA, or third-level degree).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
