Job Description
We are seeking a skilled professional to take on the role of Commercial Contract Manager. In this position, you will be responsible for managing commercial relationships with our clients and ensuring that all contractual obligations are met.
The ideal candidate will have experience in contract negotiation, administration, and management. You will work closely with our project managers and other teams to ensure that all projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage commercial relationships with clients and negotiate contracts
* Administer and manage contracts, including reviewing and updating terms and conditions
* Work closely with project managers to ensure successful project delivery
* Develop and implement strategies to improve contract management processes
Requirements:
* Degree in a relevant field (e.g. law, business, commerce)
* Proven experience in contract negotiation, administration, and management
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
