Job Title: Senior Technical Specialist
This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading organization in the pharmaceutical industry. Our global client is looking for a Senior Technical Specialist to oversee day-to-day lab operations and validation activities in their new multifunctional facility.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree or higher in Microbiology or a closely related discipline, with strong knowledge in microbiology-related lab test methods. Minimum 8 years' experience in the Microbiology Pharmaceutical industry or a similar operating environment is required.
Key Responsibilities:
* Allocating and assigning microbiology testing tasks
* Organizing, scheduling, and coordinating routine day-to-day laboratory operations
* Liaising effectively with external groups to ensure laboratory support is available as required
* Ensuring adherence to lab testing schedules, applying Lean Lab methodology
* Ensuring projects are supported and completed as per project timelines
* AUTHORING leadership in Laboratory/Contamination investigations using own initiative and with minimum supervision
* Coaching and mentoring the Laboratory Team
