Job Description
The Training Lead serves as the main point of contact of the project coordinating all activities. He she will ensure that the standard process for training is followed consistently on all locations. The lead will also be responsible for performing training needs assessments, designing curriculum and learning materials for managing all phases of training interventions applicable on all locations.

- Aligning and coordinating with sites on guidance provided
- Tracking and follow through of task globally
- Raising and escalating concerns internally and externally
- Org structure recommendation
- Identified risks, issues and help items from day to day training activities
- Global training bandwidth review
- Line up of QTP that can support other sites remotely or list of member who can travel
- Track changes on training materials through Version Control
- Consolidate and report of training completion rate for global updates
- Ensure training hours are sent timely and accurately to reflect billable items to the clients
