The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating, maintaining, and supporting the project requirements. The coordination must be consistent with Client standards.The successful candidate will be a self-motivated and adaptable person with some previous experience of working in a manufacturing/Lab environment.The successful candidate will be required to have excellent safety focus and demonstrated the ability to follow operating procedures, also with the ability to work well as part of a multifunctional team.This position will be based in CorkKey ResponsibilitiesFollow semiconductor standard safety and operations protocolsFollow and maintain standard operating specs for all relevant cleanroom equipmentAssist process engineer in running of wafer fab process tools, including but not limited to Chemical cleaning, patterning, deposition, etch, dice, grind, and metrology by operating relevant fabrication toolsConduct monitoring runs and associated data collection to support SPC (Statistical Process Control) and tool stabilityAssist in conducting Design of Experiments and data compilationAssist in performing data analysis in collaboration with process engineeringAssist failure analysis of equipment in collaboration with engineeringSupport material movement through line and logisticsMaintain tool status in MES (Manufacturing Execution System) or other systems as neededAssist Process engineer in preparing process specific training materialsExecute all relevant tool and material movement transactions to ensure MES data and inventories are correctTrain new team membersCollect and share the following documentsa. Process and tool performance logs b. Standard Operation Procedures c. Inventory Logs d. Statistical Process Controls (SPC) e.
