Your New Role
As theNetwork Inspection Supervisor & Insurance Recovery Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of inspection data management while supporting system improvements and insurance recovery processes. Reporting to the Data Manager, you will supervise a team of Network Inspectors, coordinate inspection programming, and manage insurance claims related to network damages.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure accurate updates and validation of RMMS data
2. Supervise and support Network Inspectors to meet contract requirements
3. Manage inspection scheduling, programming, and progress tracking
4. Coordinate insurance recovery processes and KPI reporting
5. Attend internal and external meetings, providing relevant updates
6. Conduct inspections and perform on-call duties as required
7. Contribute to system improvements and rollout initiatives

What You'll Need to Succeed
To be successful in this role, you should bring a combination of technical knowledge, leadership ability, and administrative precision:
8. Full, clean 'B' driving licence (essential)
9. Relevant degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent (preferred)
10. Experience supervising lone worker teams and managing data quality
11. Strong understanding of stakeholder engagement and health & safety regulations
12. Excellent administrative and record-keeping skills
13. 5+ years of operations and maintenance experience (advantageous)
14. Experience in winter maintenance, traffic management, GIS software, or MS Project (advantageous)
15. Strong communication and IT skills
