Role: Office Administrator Job - Permanent Part time Hours: 3 4 days per week Duties of the role The candidate will be working closely with the CEO providing admin support to him as well as the following: Office Management duties to include Ordering office supplies and managing inventory Coordinating maintenance and repair of office equipment Assistance and preparation for client / customer meetings Data Entry & Record-Keeping: Maintaining accurate records (invoices, employee files, etc.) Entering data into company systems or spreadsheets Assisting with onboarding new employees Maintaining employee attendance records Experience Min 4 years' in a similiar role Ideally coming from an SME environment Be self motivated and pro - active Proficient on the MS office suite notably EXCEL Ability to multi-task and work under pressure Skills: Greeting visitors admin phone
