Deputy Person in Charge Role Overview
CPL Healthcare is pleased to partner with a reputable Social Care provider offering residential support services to separated children seeking international protection. We are currently accepting applications from experienced Social Care professionals for the position of Deputy Person in Charge in their Residential Care Home based in Tullamore.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a staff team and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide support to Separated Children Seeking International Protection. The successful candidate will have:
* At least 3 years of demonstrable management experience in a similar setting
* Experience of managing and working collaboratively with multiple internal and external stakeholders, relevant to this role
* Experience in supervising and leading others
* Experience of working with young persons
* Relevant experience in providing care in a community setting
* Excellent report writing skills

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications
As Deputy Person in Charge, your key responsibilities will include:

Requirements:

* Good written and verbal communication skills
You will be required to have:
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in a management role
* Proven track record of achieving excellent outcomes
* Excellent knowledge of child care and protection policies and procedures
