**Job Description:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our cancer care team, you will play a vital role in providing quality patient care and support to individuals with cancer.
* Provide specialist nursing services for patients with cancer requiring treatment and support.
* Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, developing and implementing plans of care in conjunction with the multidisciplinary team (MDT) and patients/family members/carers as appropriate.
* Maintain effective communication structures and interpersonal relationships, ensuring seamless service delivery to patients/family members/carers.
