Client Experience Manager Position
We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume the role of Client Experience Manager and lead our Dublin-based team.
This key position is responsible for overseeing front-of-house operations and ensuring exceptional service standards are consistently met.

* Key Responsibilities:
* Lead front-of-house operations and maintain exceptional service standards.
* Oversee event logistics and ensure seamless execution.
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients and guests, providing solutions and resolving issues promptly.
* Support and coach the on-site team to enhance their skills and performance.
* Liaise with stakeholders to plan and deliver key events, meeting or exceeding client expectations.
* Maintain consistency and excellence across every guest touchpoint, fostering a positive brand image.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
The successful candidate will possess:

* Previous experience in front-of-house or events management within a 4- or 5-star environment.
