Overview
Irish Life is expanding its Financial Planning team.
This role provides market-leading financial advice remotely, helping people put a financial plan in place for the future and guiding them through milestones such as buying a home or planning for retirement.
The team builds and develops long-standing relationships with a portfolio of new and existing customers.
As part of our continued expansion, we are looking for Digital Financial Advisors to join the Financial Planning team.
The position offers a hybrid/remote working model with the potential to work from home part of the week and from the office for the remainder.
What you will help us to achieve
Build relationships
: Establish and develop relationships with new and existing clients, continuously working to achieve high standards through the Irish Life advice processes.
Elevate Client Satisfaction
: Work with relevant teams and stakeholders within Irish Life and with corporate customers to ensure clients experience the benefits of the advice process.
Compliance Champion
: Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and legal requirements while providing professional advice.
What you will need to be successful in the role
Proven Success in Helping Others:
Demonstrated experience in supporting people and organisations with a track record of achieving results.
People-Centric skills:
Customer-facing role with a warm demeanour and commercial awareness.
Navigating Regulations with Ease:
Detailed knowledge and understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements of the financial industry in Ireland.
Connecting Through Communication:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with customers.
Knowing & Growing:
Possess the right professional qualifications and an appetite to stay ahead.
You'll be a Qualified Financial Advisor with up-to-date CPD requirements.
Hold or be on the path to obtaining the Retirement Planning Advisor designation.
You will also be subject to Fitness and Probity regulation as set out by the Central Bank of Ireland.

Fitness & Probity: This role is a "controlled function" under Central Bank requirements.
