Lead Project Planner / Scheduler is required for the Construction Phase of a large scale pharma project based in Limerick.
Responsibilities Lead Project Schedule – CMV Project Scope 10 years' experience Strong Pharmaceutical Background Proven experience of leading a team of planners/ working with a team Strong technical knowledge – ability to read andunderstand engineering deliverables and drawings Good understanding of the wider project controlsfunctions and contracting interfacing (Tender milestones / Contract milestones/ Extension of time evaluations) Ability to chair and run Interactive Planningand coordination meetings.
Ability to manage and interface withSub-Contractors Ability to establish and run an earned valueprogress reporting system.
Excellent computer skills including PrimaveraP6, Microsoft Project and MS Office Suite.
Previous experience of working within a multiuser P6 environment Excellent interpersonal and communicationsskills Last Planner interface experience 4D BIM experience an advantage but not necessary Good understanding of design deliverables andsub-contract mobilisation activities.
