Key Responsibilities:
1. Estimating and Cost Planning: Collaborate on estimating and cost planning activities
2. Procurement Advice: Provide guidance on procurement strategies
3. Tender Document Preparation: Assist in the preparation of tender documents
4. Tender Reporting: Contribute to tender evaluation and reporting
5. Contract Administration and Cost Control: Support contract administration and cost control procedures
6. Interim Valuations: Assist in the preparation of interim valuations
7. Cost Reporting: Contribute to comprehensive cost reporting
8. Final Account Preparation: Assist in the preparation of final accounts
9. Contract and Dispute Advice: Offer advice on contract-related matters and dispute resolution
To be successful in this role, applicants should have at least one year's experience, be willing to learn and improve, and be flexible with their skill set. Experience within the main contracting or civil engineering sector is highly desirable.
