They are now seeking a Personal Lines Administrator to join their team.
This is a non-customer-facing role focused on the operational side of personal lines insurance, with particular emphasis on renewals and mid-term adjustments.

In this role, youll be responsible for preparing and issuing renewal documentation for motor and home insurance policies, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
Youll also process mid-term changes and handle new business documentation, including issuing motor certificates once payment and paperwork are received.
Youll play an important part in supporting account executives and advisors by maintaining up-to-date, accurate system records and keeping everything on schedule.
The ideal candidate will have 12 years of experience in personal lines insurance, strong attention to detail, and excellent organisational abilities.
An APA in Personal Insurance is required, and experience with Relay or Applied Systems would be a distinct advantage.
