About the Motor Technician Apprenticeship:
This is a fantastic opportunity to pursue a career as a Vehicle Technician with a view to becoming a competent and fully trained Motor Technician.
As a Motor Technician Apprentice, you will be trained in undertaking repairs and servicing of motor vehicles; detecting and diagnosing additional faults for further repairs; and ensuring all work is completed safely, complying with manufacturers and industry guidelines.
The apprenticeship system is modular and standards-based, comprising seven alternating phases of training and development: four on-the-job and three off-the-job phases.
Upon completion, you will receive an internationally recognised qualification at FETAC/QQI Level 6 Advanced Certificate Craft. This certification is valid nationally and internationally.
