As a key member of our retail team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our sales floor.

Key Responsibilities:
* Engage with customers to understand their needs, provide product information, and offer solutions to meet their requirements.
* Process sales transactions efficiently, ensuring accurate quotations and timely order updates.
* Coordinate with the dispatch team to manage customer orders from start to finish, including stock checks and delivery coordination.
* Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and provide informed advice to customers, supporting them in making informed purchasing decisions.
* Collaborate with the wider sales and retail team to achieve administrative and operational goals.
* Resolve customer complaints or queries in a professional and timely manner, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
* Maintain a well-organised and presentable shop floor and stock areas, adhering to high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
