Our organization is seeking a Commercial Lines Broker to effectively engage with current and prospective insurance clients in the placement, management, and administration of renewals, mid-term adjustments, claims, and new business.
Maintaining and managing an existing portfolio of insurance clients.
Preparing and issuing pre-renewal and post-renewal documents.
Identifying, developing, and managing client risks through product and service knowledge.
Proactively growing a pipeline for new business opportunities.
Supporting our company's plan for retention and growth.
Providing ongoing customer service support.
Offering advice and assistance on claims as they occur.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent technical knowledge around commercial insurance.
Familiarity with areas including Professional Indemnity, Directors & Officers Liability, and Cyber.
Excellent communication and client servicing skills are required.
A minimum of 3 years of commercial broking insurance experience is necessary.
CIP qualification or working towards it is preferred.
