Job Title: Senior Project Coordinator
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of our construction projects. As a key member of our project management team, you will work closely with project managers, stakeholders, and team members to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Assist project managers in developing project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate and facilitate effective communication among project team members, contractors, suppliers, and clients
- Support resource allocation, including labor, equipment, and materials, to ensure smooth project execution
- Maintain accurate project records, including contracts, change orders, and invoices
- Collaborate with project managers to develop and implement quality control measures
Requirements:
- Degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field preferred
- Previous experience in construction project management or a similar role is beneficial
- General knowledge of construction techniques, building codes, and regulations
- Proficiency in office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Project)
