Senior Quality Manager
This is a senior quality management role in an automotive technology company.
About the Role
We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled Senior Quality Manager to join our team. This is a key role that involves leading small but growing quality teams to ensure compliance with industry standards, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and maintaining high-quality standards across all products and services.
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement quality management systems (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001 standards.
* Lead internal and external audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
* Manage corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to address quality issues and improve processes for both software and hardware products.
* Oversee supplier quality management, including supplier audits and performance evaluations.
* Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to determine and implement quality improvement projects and metrics as part of all manufacturing and R&D activities.
* Conduct quality risk assessments and implement risk management strategies.
* Train and mentor all staff to ensure adherence to quality standards.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or a related field.
* Minimum of 7 years of experience in a senior quality management role, in an environment of hardware and software development, system manufacture & service/support.
* Hands-on experience managing Quality Management Systems (QMS) and testing.
* Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, Six Sigma, and other quality management systems.
* Experience with regulatory compliance (e.g., CE marking).
