Store Manager

Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the first point of contact for the store when liaising with internal departments, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
* Coach your team regularly to ensure that they have up-to-date product knowledge, company policies, and brand values.
* Liaise closely with HR & senior management on people management activities, including performance reviews and staff development.
* Compile regular reports for senior management, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
Requirements:
* Excellent communication and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team.
* A proven track record in people management and team leadership, with a focus on employee engagement and retention.
* Strong administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and software.
Furniture experience is beneficial but not essential. As a self-motivated individual, you will be able to use your initiative to escalate issues to senior management when necessary.
