A leading global professional services organisation is seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead to join their HR function on a 12-month fixed term contract.
This is a key role in shaping and driving recruitment activity across the business, ensuring the company attracts, engages, and secures top-tier talent across both professional and business support functions.
About the Role: As Talent Acquisition Lead, you will take ownership of the recruitment function, guiding both strategy and delivery: Lead end-to-end recruitment across a diverse portfolio of roles, ensuring a seamless candidate and hiring manager experience.
Partner with senior stakeholders across the business to understand workforce needs and develop proactive hiring solutions.
Manage relationships with preferred recruitment suppliers to ensure quality and timely hiring outcomes.
Oversee job advertising, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
Mentor and support junior team members, including a business services graduate.
Collaborate with the wider HR team to ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new hires.
Maintain and report on key recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Contribute to strategic talent acquisition projects in collaboration with the Recruitment Senior Manager.
About You: Minimum 3 years experience in recruitment, ideally in a professional or corporate services environment.
Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment campaigns and build strong internal partnerships.
Confident and effective communicator with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.
Strong organisational skills with a process-driven and detail-oriented approach.
Solid understanding of recruitment legislation and industry best practices.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance culture with shifting priorities.
Professional, discreet, and capable of handling sensitive information with integrity.
