Matrix Recruitmentis seeking candidates for an Electrical & Instrumentation Supervisorfor ourengineering clientbased in Denmark/Ireland.
You will be in a hands-on leadership role where you manage teams, safety, quality, and schedules for electrical and instrumentation work on pharma construction projects.
Your New Role Key Responsibilities: Supervision & Safety Youll oversee electricians and subcontractors, making sure all electrical and instrumentation work is carried out safely and correctly.
Planning & Coordination Youll organise manpower, materials, and schedules so projects run smoothly, and coordinate with other teams (engineering, procurement, construction).
Quality & Compliance Youll check that installations meet rules, standards, and client requirements, while keeping site representatives updated on progress.
Technical Involvement Youll review drawings, test electrical systems, and help with risk assessments and incident investigations.
What You Need: 35 years in electrical & instrumentation (E&I) work, ideally on large industrial or pharmaceutical/life sciences projects.
Hands-on installation and testing experience with electrical and instrumentation systems.
Medium Voltage (MV) systems experience.
Supervisory or team lead experience managing electricians, subcontractors, or site crews.
Familiarity with BIM tools (Navisworks, BIM360, Autodesk Docs) and working with construction drawings.
ISO19650 standards knowledge (digital information management).
Experience coordinating HSES (Health, Safety, Environment & Security) policies on-site.
Comfortable with travel and working abroad on projects.
