Job Description:


* Assist the Head Chef & Sous Chef with the overall running of the kitchen, ensuring smooth operation at all times.

* Take direction from department managers and assist in maintaining HACCP standards by monitoring food quality and cleanliness of cooking utensils, equipment, and work areas.

1. Familiarity with commercial kitchens operations or equivalent experience is required.

2. The ability to multitask, prioritise tasks effectively while working efficiently as part of a high-performing team is crucial for this role.
