Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our large service provider client in South Dublin. The role is fully onsite and the ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting day-to-day HR operations and ensuring the smooth execution of HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & OnboardingCoordinate end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interviewing, and offer letters.Support onboarding and induction for new hires.
2. Employee RelationsAct as a first point of contact for employee inquiries and provide guidance on company policies and procedures.Support conflict resolution and employee grievance processes.
3. HR AdministrationMaintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS and personnel files.Prepare HR reports, letters, contracts, and documentation.
4. Performance ManagementAssist in the implementation and administration of the performance review process.Support managers in addressing performance-related issues.
5. Policy & ComplianceEnsure HR practices comply with local employment laws and regulations.Assist in updating HR policies and procedures as required.
6. Learning & DevelopmentCoordinate training sessions and monitor participation.Support initiatives that promote employee growth and development.
7. Other DutiesParticipate in HR projects and initiatives to support company culture and engagement.Assist with payroll and benefits administration as required.
Requirements:
8. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
9. 2+ years of experience in a similar HR role.
10. Solid understanding of HR best practices and employment legislation.
11. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
12. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
