Coffee Operations Manager Europe Role Summary
This is a senior leadership position responsible for driving operational performance, quality control, and execution of our coffee estate across 11 European markets.
* Lead the development and implementation of business strategies to enhance revenue growth, improve efficiency, and increase customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in multi-site retail or QSR environments and a strong understanding of coffee operations, equipment, and quality systems. They should be able to manage suppliers effectively and deliver complex projects across multiple markets.
