Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Tax Manager to join our expanding practice. In this newly created role, you will have the opportunity to gain exposure to a diverse client base and engage in a broad range of tax advisory work across deals, advisory, and restructuring.
This position is suitable for an experienced tax professional operating at Manager level or a Senior Associate seeking progression, with clear scope for development.
Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality tax advisory support across transactions, structuring, due diligence, and reorganisations.
* Prepare and review technical tax reports and present clear, commercially focused recommendations.
* Develop and maintain strong internal and external stakeholder relationships.
* Support and mentor junior team members, contributing to an effective and collaborative team environment.
Requirements
* CTA/ACA qualified and practice trained in a top 10 accounting firm.
* Strong technical expertise in Irish corporate or transaction tax; VAT specialists seeking broader exposure are encouraged to apply.
* Real Estate industry experience advantageous, but not essential.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex tax matters clearly.
