As Business Analyst and Operations Specialist within the Claims Department, you will translate business needs into clear requirements, actionable MI, and measurable operational improvements.
About Your New Job As a Business Analyst / Operations Specialist, you will analyse operational processes, translate business needs into actionable requirements, and drive improvements across claims operations.
You will enable operational efficiency through process and system enhancements, insightful reporting, and trend analysishaving a direct impact on performance and service quality.
Partner with the Business Support team to analyse data, identify trends, and develop MI and early warning indicators that support informed decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage projects, and support change initiatives to ensure business solutions are delivered and adopted effectively.
What Skills You Need Third level qualification (e.g. accountancy, engineering, business analysis or similar analytical discipline).
Proven background in operational process improvement, systems optimisation, or project delivery, ideally within a regulated environment.
Strong analytical, data management, and reporting skills; proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (Power BI experience advantageous).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and foster strong relationships.
