Performance Management Advisor
The role of a Performance Management Advisor is to provide expert guidance and support to managers and employees in resolving performance-related issues. This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
About the Role
This six-month contract will involve working closely with senior management to develop strategies for improving employee performance. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing constructive feedback and coaching to employees, as well as facilitating open and honest discussions between employees and their managers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide coaching and guidance to managers on handling performance-related issues
* Work collaboratively with employees to resolve concerns and escalate where necessary
* Develop and implement strategies to improve employee performance
* Ensure effective outcomes for all parties involved
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A strong background in HR, with experience in employment law and dispute resolution
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Varied exposure to EMEA employment laws
