Key Responsibilities: Setting up and leading a new landscape division, to provide services on strategic infrastructure and renewable energy projects, managing project programmes and budgetsProducing LVIA's and Landscaping Layout Plans & MasterplansSite visits and photographyProactively bringing in new business and growing a new landscape department including building a teamManaging work enquiries, preparing bids and building client relationshipsCollaborating with our multi-disciplinary teams and undertaking stakeholder engagementPlanning, co-ordinating and undertaking field surveys, analysing and interpreting other disciplines survey results using approaches such as biodiversity measuresDesigning and co-ordinating landscaping schemes Qualifications and Experience: The ideal candidate will:Excellent report writing and organisational experienceExperience conducting LVIA's for a range of project scalesTrained in, or an awareness of, AutoCAD, GIS and desktop publishing softwareMembership of the Chartered Institute of the Landscape Institute (CMLI)Ideally 5 years relevant post qualification experienceA degree in landscape architectureDemonstrable excellent landscape knowledgeStrong commercial skills to bring in new businessBe able to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and under your own initiative to achieve targets Willingness to travel for project workA full, clean Ireland/UK/EU driving licence.
