The Role
We are seeking an Engineer to join our Cork team. In this role, you'll test and validate software, hardware interfaces, and documentation to ensure products meet functional and linguistic expectations in your native language. You'll work closely with developers, QA teams, translators, and project managers to deliver world-class products to international markets.
Responsibilities
* Test localized software, hardware, and documentation for functionality, accuracy, and usability
* Identify and report issues, providing clear details and suggestions for improvement
* Verify fixes and follow issues through to resolution
* Collaborate with global QA teams, developers, and translators
* Contribute to process improvements and quality initiatives
Optional / Advanced Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Swift, Objective-C, Python, Ruby, or similar languages
* Execute and manage automated test suites
* Assess products for automation opportunities and help implement efficient testing strategies
Candidate Profile
* Native-level fluency in the required language
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
* Interest in software quality and international product releases
* Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
* Previous experience in QA, software testing, or localization
* Automation or coding experience is an advantage
