Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Acting Residential Services Manager to lead our residential staff team in supporting 5 Deaf clients in two residential houses in North Dublin. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the service, ensuring it runs in accordance with company policies and procedures, and leading the team to provide high-quality care and support.
Key Responsibilities:
* To lead the residential staff team in supporting and assisting 5 Deaf clients in every aspect of activities of daily living.
* To manage the service and ensure it meets the required standards of quality and safety.
Requirements:
* A relevant third-level qualification in the Health Care sector, such as Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Nursing, Social Work, or other relevant therapeutic professions.
* At least three years postgraduate experience in a relevant healthcare setting.
* A minimum of three years' people management experience in a residential service setting.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
