What you will have an opportunity to do:
Black Rock Mountain Resort is looking for personable and attentive Servers to join our Food & Beverage team. As a Server, you will create memorable dining experiences by providing warm, professional, and efficient service. The ideal candidate is outgoing, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality that reflects the welcoming spirit of our mountain resort.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
* Greet guests promptly and with a friendly attitude, making them feel welcome from the moment they arrive
* Provide menu guidance and make thoughtful recommendations on food, wine, and beverage selections
* Take and enter orders accurately, ensuring special requests and dietary needs are communicated to the kitchen
* Deliver food and beverages efficiently and in the proper sequence, maintaining attention to presentation and timing
* Anticipate guest needs throughout service and respond promptly to requests
* Handle guest concerns or complaints professionally and notify a supervisor when necessary to ensure quick resolution
* Maintain knowledge of all menu items, daily specials, and resort offerings
* Process payments accurately while maintaining proper cash handling procedures
* Keep tables and service areas clean, organized, and stocked throughout the shift
* Work closely with hosts, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
* Follow all safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service procedures
* Uphold Black Rock Mountain Resort's values of People First, Integrity, and Excellence in every guest interaction
What are we looking for?
* Someone with an engaging and welcoming personality

* Prior serving experience in a restaurant, resort, or hotel environment preferred
