Ó Scanaill & Co. a well-established general practice based in Swords, County Dublin are seeking a Legal Secretary/PA for a full time role. The successful candidate will provide support to, and work with, the principal of the firm.
Main responsibilities include:
- Draft and prepare legal documents, correspondence, and briefs with a focus on litigation, probate, and conveyancing matters;
- Creating, amending and formatting legal documents and templates with a high degree of accuracy;
- Liaise with clients, solicitors, and third parties in a professional and courteous manner;
- Maintain and organise case files, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and accurately filed;
- Manage diaries, schedule appointments, and support with day-to-day case management.
- At least 2+ years of experience;
- Organised and detail-oriented, with strong administration, multitasking and time-management skills;
- Self-motivated and ability to work on own initiative;
- Confident and effective communicator;
- Excellent computer skills including knowledge of Practice Evolve and Microsoft products /or other case management systems.
