Our client, a law firm based in Dublin, is seeking an Accounts Assistant to join their finance team. The Accounts Assistant will play a key role in the day-to‑day operations of the finance function and will contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and controls.
Key Responsibilities
Managing invoicing, credit control and supplier payments.
Performing bank reconciliations and processing client transfers.
Preparing VAT returns and payroll‑related submissions (P30s).
Supporting Law Society compliance requirements and general office administration.
Requirements
3–4 years’ experience in a similar role.
A keen attention to detail with strong organisational and communication skills.
