We are seeking a highly skilled finance professional to support our Commercial and Residential Management clients and operations. The individual will be part of Ireland's largest Property Management finance team, managing all finance deliverables including client reporting, accounts for service charges, audits, tax reporting, and landlord accounts for institutional clients. The role involves working closely with systems and compliance teams to enhance reporting and operational processes.
The position requires collaboration with property management teams, a strong technical finance background, excellent stakeholder management skills, and strategic thinking to optimize financial reporting, operational efficiency, and client service standards. The role is based in Molesworth Street, Dublin 2.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure timely, accurate financial and management reporting for local and international clients.
* Manage billing, lease management, expenditure control, budgeting, and year-end audits for property portfolios.
* Maintain relationships with service providers and monitor service level agreements.
* Analyze financial data for improvements and insights.
* Monitor KPIs, support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
* Coordinate reporting with stakeholders and resolve issues promptly.
* Oversee portfolio financial management and reconciliations.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory filing obligations.
* Collaborate with colleagues to resolve queries and maintain reporting standards.
Skills, Knowledge, And Experience
* Qualified or part-qualified ACCA/ACA/CIMA accountant with 3+ years of experience in a senior finance role.
* Experience in real estate or property management finance is desirable but not essential.
* Strong understanding of financial principles and operational processes.
* Problem-solving skills and ability to challenge practices.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Positive attitude, ownership, and ability to work under pressure.
* Organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
* Knowledge of property systems like Yardi, MRI, Dynamics 365, Salesforce, Power BI is a plus.
