Wills Bros are seeking an experienced and proactive Health & Safety Advisor to join our team for a projects in the North Dublin area.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of all personnel on-site, as well as compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the implementation of company H&S policies and procedures on site.
Promote a positive health & safety culture across all project teams.
Carry out regular inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and client requirements.
Provide H&S training, toolbox talks, and ongoing support to site teams.
Report on performance and recommend continuous improvements.
Manage and mentor junior H&S advisors across multiple sites.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years' experience in a Health & Safety Advisor role within construction/civil engineering.
Relevant qualifications in Health and Safety essential
In-depth knowledge of Irish H&S legislation and construction regulations essential
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Full driving licence and flexibility to travel to project sites as needed
