Enterprise Service Architect - Service DeliveryDublin: Hybrid (2 days a week)Salary: 110kWe are hiring an experiencedEnterprise Service Architectto lead the design and transition of IT services across a complex enterprise environment for our Semi-State client. This role is key to ensuring services are secure, efficient, supportable, and aligned with organisational and regulatory standards.Key ResponsibilitiesPriority Areas:Design end-to-end IT services, including SLAs, support models, and transition plans.Lead service transition for all ICT projects, ensuring operational readiness at each project stage.Align service designs with frameworks such as ITIL, NIST, and NIS2, integrated into ServiceNow.Collaborate with architecture, cybersecurity, project, and business teams.Improve existing services for better performance and compliance.Develop clear documentation and contribute to service governance.Skills & Experience5+ years in IT service management, including 2+ in service design or architecture.Strong knowledge of ITIL v4 and experience as a ServiceNow Engineer.Broad technical understanding of infrastructure, cloud, security, and enterprise systems.Confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills.QualificationsDegree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.ITIL v4 certification (Managing Professional or higher preferred).Desirable: TOGAF or similar architecture certification; knowledge of ISO 20000 or COBIT.If this sounds like you or someone you know, please get in touch or apply directly below.
