KYC Test Manager
We are seeking a seasoned KYC Test Manager to lead the UAT testing phase for KYC-related applications and platforms. This is a challenging role that demands strong experience in KYC domains, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to managing risks and test deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the UAT test phase for KYC-related platforms and processes.
- Create test strategies, estimates, plans, and approaches.
- Manage a team of testers, assigning tasks and providing ongoing mentorship.
- Collaborate with business users and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
- Track progress, highlight risks or blockers, and report test status to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with the defined Test and Defect Management Process.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
+ At least years of overall testing experience with at least years as a Test Manager.
+ Strong domain expertise in Banking and KYC (Know Your Customer) processes.
+ Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA.
+ Experience working with KYC platforms such as Pega, Fenergo, or in-house KYC systems.
