The VP role is part of a global team supporting and managing enhancements to the internal Financial and HR applications. The focus is on optimizing processes and usage of Oracle Fusion Financials and EPM.
Responsibilities
Key member of Projects across the Fusion ERP Application – focused on core Finance modules
Analyze current system design and identify opportunities for improvements
Review features in Fusion not presently utilized and recommend uptake
Lead a review of integrations and reports for the Finance modules
Manage enhancements via JIRA partnering with external partners for delivery
Review current roles for the team and design appropriate roles for Functional Support Staff
Provide hands‑on support and expertise for Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP/Finance modules
Deliver enhancements, change, and solutions including POCs, extensions, quarterly releases
Qualifications
5+ years hands‑on experience supporting Oracle Fusion Financials
10+ years working as Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, Product Owner, or Business Consultant on Oracle
Global/Remote team management experience
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, information systems or related discipline
Solid understanding of the software release life cycle
Cloud certifications in ERP Cloud applications is an asset
Proficient with OTBI and other reporting tools for ad‑hoc reporting and data analysis
Strong project management skills and understanding of project phases and lifecycles
