Bonus Duties: Lead and coordinate the full estimating and tendering process, ensuring bids are accurate, competitive, and aligned with commercial strategy.
Oversee and support the estimating team, ensuring quality, consistency, and adherence to deadlines throughout bid preparation.
Manage communication with key internal stakeholders, providing clear updates on tender progress, risks, and strategic considerations.
Assess and prioritise incoming bid opportunities, offering informed go/no-go recommendations based on scope, timelines, and risk.
Represent the company at pre-tender meetings, clarifications, site visits, and post-tender interviews, presenting both technical and commercial insight.
Requirements: Relevant Electrical Qualification minimum of FETAC Level 6 Advanced/Higher Cert 5+ years experience working as an Electrical Estimator on MV/HV projects + 2 years as an Estimation Lead.
An Electrical Estimator coming from a trade background would be beneficial.
Must have experience working on projects in Ireland or the UK and be eligible to work in Ireland without a work permit.
Ability to work as both part of a team and on their own initiative.
