We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead pharmaceutical projects from initiation through completion. The ideal candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines, budgets, and ensure compliance with industry regulations to deliver high-quality pharmaceutical products.
Responsibilities
* Plan, execute, and finalize pharmaceutical projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
* Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless project execution.
* Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
* Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
* Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
* Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
* Report and escalate to management as needed.
* Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders.
* Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
* Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical industry standards, regulations (e.g., FDA, EMA), and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
* Facilitate communication across departments including R&D, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, and Manufacturing.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field. MBA or PMP certification preferred.
* Proven working experience in project management in the pharmaceutical industry.
* Strong understanding of pharmaceutical development processes and regulatory requirements.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
* Proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
