We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Financial Service Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our branch, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
* You will be responsible for greeting and engaging with customers on the banking hall floor, enquiring about their needs and providing guidance on available services.
* Ensuring efficient delivery of customer service by directing customers to the appropriate self-service options, handling basic queries and complaints, and escalating issues to senior staff as required.
* Cash handling, processing and managing cash and cheque lodgements at the teller, balancing cash at the end of the day and managing levels throughout the day.
* Utilizing technology, such as iPads, to update customer information and sales needs, identify sales opportunities, and hand over to suitable staff as required.
Requirements
* The ideal candidate should possess strong technology skills, particularly in Microsoft Office, excellent customer service abilities, teamwork, and a professional phone manner.
