Supermac's is seeking full-time and part-time restaurant staff for Cross Street, Co. Galway.
Job Purpose:
The Catering Assistant provides ongoing support to the Management Team to ensure Supermac’s customers receive the best quality, service, and cleanliness each time they visit a Supermac’s restaurant.
The Catering Assistant must interact with customers, staff, and management in a friendly and efficient manner. They are responsible for carrying out duties in compliance with training and standards set in the Employee Handbook.
The role's main goal is to serve customers quality food quickly, in a friendly manner, and ensure order accuracy every time.
The Job:
1. Work in designated areas following company standards, safety, and quality protocols to ensure consistency.
2. Collaborate as part of a team, treating all staff and management with respect.
3. Follow company guidelines and training in food preparation, production, and storage.
4. Maintain a professional image both on and off the premises.
5. Provide warm and friendly service to customers at all times.
6. Assist the management team in increasing customer numbers and sales.
7. Follow correct procedures for cash handling as directed by management.
8. Ensure uniform and personal appearance comply with company guidelines.
9. Be flexible to work in all restaurant areas as requested by the Manager.
10. Prioritize customer satisfaction consistently, whether at opening or closing times.
Work Environment:
A fast-paced, non-stop environment that can be physically demanding. Teamwork and effective communication are essential to ensure smooth operations across all areas.
