You are an experienced Personal & Commercial Insurance professional looking to take the next step into a leadership role?
We are hiring a Team Leader to manage and develop a high-performing sales team, ensuring excellence in customer service, compliance, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, mentor, and support a team of insurance advisors, ensuring they achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
* Monitor performance, conduct regular coaching sessions, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Oversee the renewals and new business process for Personal & Commercial Insurance clients
* Handle complex queries and escalations, acting as a point of expertise for the team
* Ensure up-to-date knowledge of insurance products, compliance standards, and best practices.
Requirements:
* Experience in Personal & Commercial Insurance, with a strong understanding of policy renewals and new business.
* APA or CIP qualification (or Grandfathered in insurance sales).
* A proven track record in leading, coaching, or mentoring a team within the insurance or financial services industry.
* Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
* A results-driven mindset, with a passion for customer service and business growth.
