Operations Officer Location: Dublin International Airport Job Purpose: Join our client's team as an Operations Officer, providing essential support for business and private aviation aircraft at Dublin International Airport.

(Subject to qualifying criteria) Responsibilities: Support General Manager: Assist with various tasks and provide support.
Passenger Assistance: Meet and escort passengers through Customs/Immigration.
Crew Support: Help with entry requirements and arrange services such as catering, refuelling, and accommodation.
Baggage Handling: Assist with baggage and aircraft ground handling services.
Weather Briefings: Obtain and provide weather updates for departing aircrew.
Paperwork: Handle aircraft arrival and departure documentation.
Radio Operation: Operate UHF and VHF radios.
Slot Coordination: Coordinate airway slots between aircrew and the Slot Coordination department.
Pass Issuance: Issue temporary passes as per company instructions.
Vehicle Supervision: Escort and supervise Airside visiting vehicles and drivers.
Office Duties: Perform general paperwork, record keeping, and maintain office cleanliness.
Ramp Equipment: Use equipment such as aircraft steps, ground power units, and belt loaders (training provided).
Health and Safety: Prioritise health and safety, following company policies.
On-Call Availability: Be reachable via phone outside normal working hours.
Additional Tasks: Perform any other duties as requested by the company or clients.
Requirements: MUST hold EU driving license.
Experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Previous FOH Hospitality / Customer Service experience an advantage Previous Airport, Ramp, Ground handling experience an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Highly organised and detail-oriented.
Ability to handle and prioritise multiple tasks.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Team player with a professional demeanour.
Ability to work unsupervised and make common-sense decisions.
