With a reputation for quality and a busy service, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Chef de Partie to join our kitchen brigade.
Role Overview
As Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for running your own section of the kitchen, maintaining high culinary standards, and supporting the smooth delivery of service in a fast-paced environment.
Working closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef, you will help deliver consistent, high-quality dishes to our guests.
Key Responsibilities
Take ownership of your section, ensuring food preparation and presentation meets the restaurant's standards.
Work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen environment.
Prepare, cook, and present dishes to the highest quality.
Maintain stock control, organization, and cleanliness of your section.
Comply with HACCP, food safety, and health & safety regulations at all times.
Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef with menu planning and specials.
Assist with training and guiding junior kitchen staff.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a busy kitchen environment.
Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, kitchen operations, and food safety.
Ability to work well under pressure and deliver consistent results.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
