Your Key Responsibilities
We are looking for a person with finance and regulatory reporting experience, track record in transformation projects, and team leadership experience.
Manage or support engagements with clients and provide high-quality consulting services to a portfolio of clients.
Develop and maintain long-term client relationships and networks, including the development of relationships with team members across all EY practices to serve client needs.
Understand EY's service offerings and actively support identifying opportunities to better serve clients across our range of services.
Assist on business development opportunities and support client proposal development efforts.
Manage innovation in processes and systems, leveraging technology to enhance client performance.
Manage and Lead diverse teams with varying skillsets.
Adapt your leadership style to fit team, client, and their cultural needs.
Contribute to expanding our brand in the market by attending relevant events, collaborating with other internal teams, facilitating thought leadership, etc.
Engage in business development activities, including client presentations and proposals.
Foster a supportive, inclusive, and growth-oriented work culture.
Skills and Attributes for Success
Excellent client relationship management skills, gained through prior consulting roles or within large financial services/technology organizations.
Expertise in key finance regulatory reporting or regulatory change programs – for example, knowledge of BCBS239, IReF, IFRS9, SRB, Stress testing.
Understanding of finance processes, finance technologies, and operating models and the ability to bridge the language of both business and IT delivery.
A proven track record in management and leadership roles in regulatory or finance transformation projects and engagements in consulting industry.
Strong communications skills, with experience of managing strategy material and presenting to key stakeholders.
An accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) applied in a financial institution would be beneficial.
Minimum of 7+ years' experience delivering regulatory reporting or finance transformation programs, with demonstrated experience of applying methodologies such as Prince2/PMP/Agile.
Understanding of technology trends and implications on the Financial Services industry.
Experience of delivery change through multi-disciplinary stakeholders and collaborating across jurisdictions.
Excellent stakeholder management skills with a track record in managing complex stakeholder programs.
Demonstrated ability to manage, supervise, and develop others, effectively communicate, manage budgets, timelines, and plans, manage client expectations, deliver quality projects.
