Role Overview

The Supply Chain – Logistics Coordinator plays a key role in supporting day-to-day logistics and supply chain operations. This role focuses on organizing shipments, maintaining accurate inventory data, coordinating with suppliers and carriers, and ensuring smooth communication across teams. It is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities


• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, including scheduling transportation and tracking delivery progress.


• Communicate with suppliers, carriers, warehouses, and internal teams to confirm shipping details and resolve issues.


• Maintain accurate inventory data and support regular stock level monitoring to prevent shortages or surpluses.


• Prepare and manage documentation such as purchase orders, delivery notes, packing lists, and shipment confirmations.


• Track shipments, identify potential delays, and take proactive action to ensure timely delivery.


• Support warehouse operations by verifying product availability, checking order accuracy, and coordinating loading or unloading.


• Update logistics systems or spreadsheets with up-to-date shipment and inventory information.


• Assist in analyzing logistics performance metrics and preparing summary reports for management.


• Help improve logistics processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and strengthen workflow consistency.


• Ensure compliance with organizational guidelines and proper handling procedures.

Qualifications and Requirements


• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.


• Excellent attention to detail when preparing documents, updating data, and tracking shipments.


• Basic understanding of logistics, transportation, or supply chain processes is preferred.


• Clear communication skills for coordinating with suppliers, carriers, and internal departments.


• Proficiency with spreadsheets, data entry, and common office tools; familiarity with logistics platforms is a plus.


• Problem-solving skills to address delays, discrepancies, or operational challenges.


• Ability to remain calm and effective when working under pressure or managing time-sensitive tasks.


• A proactive, adaptable mindset with a willingness to learn new tools, systems, and processes.


• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate across multiple departments.


• Experience in logistics, warehouse coordination, or administrative roles is helpful but not required.
